Are you ready to try? We offer a 45min one-on-one introduction session for just £40 so you can get to know pilates apparatus and approach, meet your instructor, and see what you can achieve. We offer discounted packages if you want to continue afterwards.
We Know How to Help You
We know how to help you: your instructor Olga is trained to work with injuries and overcoming fear of pain to achieve results. She herself uses pilates to help fix her spine disk hernia and torn meniscus. We train complete beginners and experienced movers alike.
Our Studio & Your Instructor
Flow and the Dane is a beautifully designed, fully equipped pilates studio. We use reformers, trapeze table, tower, chair, ladder barrel and props. Your instructor Olga Metzner is a certified Polestar Comprehensive pilates teacher who focuses on rehab and dynamic pilates. Find out more
