Our Studio & Your Instructor
Flow and the Dane is a beautifully designed, fully equipped pilates studio. We use reformers, trapeze table, tower, chair, ladder barrel and props. Your instructor Olga Metzner is a certified Polestar Comprehensive pilates teacher and Animal Flow instructor with expertise in dynamic pilates. Find out more
